If you are still not sold on charting lets look at a real life example from a beta tester. In the first seven weeks of return tracking, a customer was able to uncover $356 in missing return credits! As you can see above, this was mainly due to the shop's returns not matching to their vendor credits. The bookkeeper was often overwhelmed, but over time, WickedFile was able to reduce the frequency of unmatched returns. When you assign a document to your team members, WickedFile automatically creates a open ticket for you to track. Once this ticket is completed, the user can close out the ticket and move on to their next task.
