I recently had the chance to speak with a bookkeeper about WickedFile. We had an amazing conversation, but she paused and asked me a question.

Quickbooks is a great tool for creating your financial summary, managing your P&L, and more. WickedFile can make the process of qualifying the financial information that feeds into Quickbooks much easier.
Before WickedFile: Every transaction from your bank or credit card would need to be manually validated to an invoice, statement, or credit. Even though the information regarding these transactions would feed in from your shop management system the matching process was manual and time-consuming.
After WickedFile: The bookkeepers I spoke with expressed a significant decrease in the time spent matching transactions to documents. Bank transactions matched to vendor statements automatically and the invoices and credits matched to the vendor's statement. This verified every purchase made and greatly improved the accuracy of the financial information collected.
Additionally, shops instantly saw dealership purchases, service related invoices, and gas receipts match up to the credit card transactions feeding into WickedFile.
Bookkeepers reported that they could easily verify every transaction in less time and with more accuracy. WickedFile handled the validation and Quickbooks handled the financial summaries.
